Introduction
Laboratory standard screen machine is suitable for material sieving and grading, it can screen and grade 200 mesh coarse material, and screen 7 particle size section of material at the same time. The standard screen machine is equipped with timing device to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of test results.
Screening Process
1. Coarse particle inspection will be strictly controlled by the process;
2. Top layer (on the screen) detection and control of coarse particles;
3. The second layer can test and control the basic particles;
4. The third layer can test and control the mixed particles;
5. The fourth layer (under the screen) can detection and control of fine particles;
6. The contents on the screen are calculated by weight accumulation percentage.

1. Fine sieve frame and durable, with no leak tight;
2. Screen frames made with high-quality polished stainless steel drawing;
3. All screens are strictly inspected by microscope and project;
4. The high bearing temperature is 150 degree.
5. Accurate mesh: subject to tool microscope and projector examination, without deformation for long term usage.
